Refund policy
We want you to have a working license. This page explains when we refund an order and how.
In short. Once your License Key has been delivered, the purchase is not refundable, unless the key cannot be used. If your key does not work, contact us and we will try to fix it. If we cannot fix it, we will refund your order.
1. Why licenses are not refundable after delivery
A License Key is a digital product. It is delivered to you immediately and starts to work as soon as you use it, so it cannot be returned. For that reason, we do not offer refunds for a change of mind after the key has been delivered.
2. When we will refund you
- The key cannot be used. If your License Key does not work and we are unable to make it work after a reasonable effort, we will refund that order in full.
- You were charged twice for the same order. We will refund the extra payment.
- You paid but did not receive a key. We will send you the key. If we cannot, we will refund your payment.
3. When a refund is not available
- You changed your mind after the key was delivered.
- Your trading results were not what you hoped for. We do not promise profit, and trading losses are not a reason for a refund.
- Your broker does not offer the symbol, or does not allow Expert Advisors, and you could have checked this before buying.
- Your license has expired or has been used for its full term.
- Your license was suspended because the terms of service were breached.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email meridiansuperbots@gmail.com and include your License Key, the email address on your order, your PayPal or crypto transaction reference, and a short description of the problem with a screenshot of your chart and the Experts tab in MetaTrader. Please contact us first, before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider. Most problems can be solved quickly, and a dispute opened without contacting us may lead to your license being suspended.
5. How refunds are paid
- PayPal and card payments are refunded to the original payment method. Your provider may take several days to show the refund.
- Crypto payments are refunded to a wallet address that you give us. The refund is the US dollar value of your order. Blockchain network fees may be deducted, and we cannot cover changes in the price of a coin.
- When an order is refunded, the related License Key is cancelled.
6. Your legal rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
